The Discover You programme invites people on a journey of developing confidence, skills and knowledge of how to be themselves, to live a more contented way of life and to take care of their overall mental health and wellbeing.

The six-week programme is delivered in a safe, inclusive and relaxed environment. Participants are encouraged to use the bespoke Discover You Wellbeing Model to help them explore, embrace and enable their very own personalised health and wellbeing plan tailored to their own needs and experiences.

Topics covered throughout the programme include

  • Stress management
  • The importance of personal communication
  • Finding your voice
  • Mindful resilience
  • Gut health and physical health
  • Menopause
  • Sleep hygiene

We will spend time taking a deep dive into these areas with the aim of enabling individuals to rediscover and redefine their levels of self-identity and confidence.

Programme details

This programme will inspire participants to take action by setting goals and personalised plans that will enable them to begin the journey of living more meaningful and purposeful lives.

Sessions can be delivered to small, medium or large groups within business, organisational and/ or community settings.

The programme can be tailored to suit the needs of the group and can be delivered in various ways such as:

  • A full day training session (6 hours)
  • A full day training session split over two half days (3 hours per day)
  • A half day training session (3 hours)
  • Bite size taster sessions (2 hours)

Training sessions can be hosted in person or via Zoom.
